Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable with a large bathroom and a powerful shower. Staying in a junior suite with a view of the river was a delight, it felt luxurious with all the extras like free drinks in the fridge, earplugs, and lovely decor and lighting. The staff was super friendly, and everything was kept clean.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small but spotlessly clean with breathtaking views of the river and the Salzburg castle. The service, on the other hand, varied from rude to friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the city, offering stunning views from the terrace. The dining experience, while pleasant, was a bit pricier than expected. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and stylish, although a bit small. I found them to be updated with great air conditioning and modern facilities, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The night duty staff, especially Levy, were exceptional and very accommodating to our needs. However, there were some minor inconveniences during my stay.
The hotel had some positives like top-notch rooms that were super comfortable and clean but had a downside with the view facing another wall and low ceilings despite being labeled as a 'junior suite'. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The location was ideal, with breathtaking views of Salzburg from the rooftop terrace, making it a great base to explore the city. However, dining options were very overpriced for what was offered.
The location, right in the heart of Salzburg, is fantastic with breathtaking views. The dining options were a bit overpriced, but the American pancakes were a treat.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location is superb, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside, with easy access to the Old Town. The rooms were spacious, although facing a busy bridge, and the service was efficient despite some room for improvement. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the prices were on the expensive side.
